Product Description
MCLE is proud to present an all new format for our 23rd Annual Personal Injury Law Conference 2020, now with 1.0 hour of ethics credit included! This year we’re trying something different and, instead of a one full six-hour day in front of your computer, we’re spreading the Conference over two consecutive mornings to keep you fresh and alert and give you the opportunity to spend half of each day learning and the other half attending to clients and other important matters.
Sit in on a panel discussion with esteemed trial court judges, as well as our FIRST-EVER panel of courtroom clerks, for the ultimate "insider's" view as to what they do and don't want to see when you are litigating your personal injury cases in their courtrooms.
The Conference offers practice pointers from the highest ranking attorney for the Board of Bar Overseers about how every lawyer can protect their most valuable asset, their good name. Hear from a selection of the finest and most successful personal injury attorneys in the Commonwealth, including two lawyers recently named "Lawyer of the Year" for 2019. Witness for yourself the state of the art in trial graphics that can be the key to winning cases in the 21st century. And make sure you stay "up to date" with the recent developments in the law that may impact your personal injury practice.
As a virtual event, you catch on the latest issues and developments in personal injury law and practice—all from the convenience of your home or office.
