On May 18, 2020, Governor Baker issued his "Reopening Massachusetts" plan, which provides a strategy by which businesses and activities may responsibly reopen in four phases as the Commonwealth continues to fight the spread of COVID-19. The Plan provides general guidelines for all businesses to follow, as well as sector-specific safety standards designed to promote a safe reopening by implementing protocols to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 in the workplace.Learn what businesses need to do to comply with Phase I requirements, which apply to the businesses allowed to reopen between May 18, and June 1, 2020.
Hear the expert panel discuss employee rights and compliance issues that employers must consider as they reopen.
Whether you advise businesses, non-profit organizations, or municipalities—or run your own business, this program helps you navigate the new requirements to reopen safely.
