Product Description
When parents ask a court to make a decision on a formal custody or parenting time arrangement, what results is called a judgment on custody or parenting time. But despite the word "judgment," which connotes finality, it is actually fairly common to renegotiate, or modify visitation or custody arrangements over time.As a child grows older, things change, and previously agreed-upon parenting time or custody arrangements may no longer be feasible or in the best interest of the child. As such, you can—and should—request a modification to a custody or parenting time order, but it's important to avoid mistakes when doing so.
Join our expert to learn about when, why, and how to renegotiate child custody and visitation, as well as common mistakes to avoid.
