      • Global Warming Solutions Act requirements that the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) establish declining annual limits on greenhouse gases;
      • a new model public records request for use in obtaining records under the Massachusetts Public Records Law;
      • use of Community Preservation Act funds to rehabilitate active churches that have been designated as historic resources;
