    Get insight into structuring, financing, and developing affordable housing in Massachusetts. Understand the roles and responsibilities of the different players involved in closing an affordable housing transaction, including investor’s counsel, lender’s counsel, and developer’s counsel. The panelists explain the stages of development, from structuring and financing a project to closing a transaction and share valuable lessons learned from the trenches.
