The legal professional stands at the threshold of a new age brought on by the development and introduction of generative artificial intelligence (AI) applications that promise to revolutionize the practice of law. Much has been said by practitioners, technology consultants, and legal pundits about the implications of AI for the practice of law, but what do the courts think?
