- a dispute between a group of real estate investors and the Massachusetts Gaming Commission over property in Everett considered for development of a casino;
- standards for determining whether a land use restriction imposes a substantial burden on a religious organization for purposes of the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act;
- the preemption of local bylaws requiring that medical cannabis dispensaries be nonprofit entities;
