    Product Description

Many lawyers find their chosen profession to be the source of both the most meaning and the greatest distress in their lives. The pandemic placed a spotlight on many of these issues, including loneliness, mental well-being, work-life conflict, and caregiving. The American Bar Association has focused on lawyer well-being, and in Massachusetts, the Supreme Judicial Court established the Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being to help lawyers achieve a healthy, productive balance of work, personal life, and health.

But how do we find meaning in our practice in a profession that places an emphasis on winning and whose very focus is controversy? What can we do to support ourselves and the people with whom we work? How do we create a workplace that cares about the mental and physical health of employees while maintaining a successful and sustainable career? This program provides practical tips for creating a more fulfilling practice.
