Live Webcasts > Technical Information

Webcast Format

Can I ask questions of the program faculty?
Yes. Registrants participating in live webcasts are invited to ask the faculty questions that are pertinent to the program. You may direct your question to a specific presenter, the entire faculty, or to everyone viewing the webcast in real time. However, please restrict your questions to those of a substantive nature and that are relevant to the program topic. To ask a question, simply type it in the "Ask the Faculty a Question" box on your screen. The faculty, time permitting, will address it in their live presentations; often during the designated Q&A section of the program agenda. You will not receive written responses to your questions.
Will I be able to fill out an evaluation form for the webcast?
Yes. On the day following the webcast, you will receive an email containing a link to an online evaluation form.

Technical Requirements

Is my computer set up to access webcasts? What are the technical requirements?
You can check your viewing requirements at this link: https://support.sonicfoundry.com/Training/ViewingRequirements
Is there anything I should do before I view the webcast?
We recommend you join the webcast before the start time to make sure your video and sound is working properly. In the webcast portal, under the System Requirements tab, there is a two-step test you can do to ensure that your browser will play the webcast without any difficulties.
What if I have a technical or administrative question during the webcast?
You can direct any technical or administrative questions to the "Technical Support" tab on the right side of the screen. An MCLE staff member monitors this box throughout the entire live webcast.
