Starting a Free Trial

Who is eligible for an OnlinePass free trial?
New subscribers who pay by credit card will be automatically enrolled in a 30-day free trial before their 1-year OnlinePass subscription begins. "New subscribers" are solo practitioners and firms that have not previously subscribed to the MCLE OnlinePass.

Canceling a Free Trial

How do I cancel my subscription before my free trial ends?
If you would like to cancel your OnlinePass subscription during your free trial period, you may do so yourself by logging into www.mcle.org with your username and password. Once logged in, select your name at the top of the page to navigate to your MY ACCOUNT page. Then select SUBSCRIPTIONS + ORDERS > MCLE OnlinePass. On the OnlinePass page you will see your free trial start and end date and the date and amount of your first scheduled payment. Simply select the blue CANCEL link. You may also make your request to MCLE Customer Service at 800-966-6253 or customerservice@mcle.org.
